Maasai Chess Set

These chess sets are carved by hand from Kenyan Soapstone. This set is 16 inches square, and it is carved in the Maasai Style.

These chess sets are hand carved in Western Kenya. All the sets are individual and some variations in piece designs is likely from set to set. The boards are all inlaid with pink and white soapstone. These sets are natural stone finish not painted.
